IDEA Lab Kids Birthday Party FAQs:

You will be allowed access to the party room no more than 15 minutes prior to the start of the party. You have 15 minutes after the party to gather your things. Afterwards, a fee of $35 for every additional 15 minutes will be incurred.

We require the final guest number at least one week in advance. The final guest number will be the minimum number of guests charged on the bill.

If we are providing the food, solid colored plates and napkins that coordinate with your package will be provided. We do NOT provide plates or forks for cake serving. 

We will provide a Happy Birthday banner, solid colored tablecloths, and themed centerpieces.

An IDEA Lab Kids party host will contact you the week of your event to discuss all details. Feel free to reach out to your location with any questions.  Together we will ensure that your event will be memorable and that your group will have an amazing experience!

The standard party duration is 2 hours, with 1.5 hours spent on the theme activities, and the last half hour spent on your cake and mealtime. This agenda can be modified as needed, and additional party time, can be booked as an add-on during the reservation process on our website.

The base cost for a party generally covers 12-15 activity participants, including the celebrant. Please review pricing with your location for more participants and different party sizes.
